Most installations are completed within 1-3 hours. Fiber installations may take slightly longer depending on how the line needs to be routed to your home. Our technicians will give you an estimated timeframe when they arrive.
GigFire provides all the equipment you need at no additional cost. For fiber, this includes an ONT (Optical Network Terminal) and a WiFi router. For fixed wireless, we provide the outdoor antenna and a WiFi router. Mesh WiFi extenders are also included free of charge if needed to cover your entire home.
Yes! GigFire includes mesh WiFi at no extra cost. If your home needs additional coverage, our technicians will install mesh WiFi access points during setup to make sure you have a strong signal throughout your entire home.
